While most people in the moring are in a rush to get ready wether that be for school or work, they forget to eat the most important meal of the day, thier breakast! In order to counteract not eating breakfast, here is a list of quick and easy on-the-go breakfast meals. Most are simple recepies that don't require much cooking time or no cooking time at all.
First, slice up peach, place into a container. Then place yogourt into container and place nuts as well. If eggs are added, boil eggs for 15 minutes and then run under cold water for 3 mintes, peel shell, and add to container. voilà, you have a quick breakfast to fill you unitl lunch.
Combine oats with peanut butter, rasberries, cinnamon, and mixed with milk (of choice). To save time this can be done the night before, that way it would be cold and fresh, a quick but delicous pick me up.
First, but sliced bread to toast. While that is heating up, slice up avacado. If eggs are included, cook eggs to personal prefrence, then lay on top of toasted bread. Then lay avacado slices and top with seasoning. A very basic but a highly delicous fast breakfast.
The lifeline of most college students, if not all. This can be done with whatever one likes with thier coffee, weither that be cold or hot. For example,I like basic Dunkin' Donuts Grouned coffee. After puting it in the coffee maker and hot water, I like to add oat milk and hazel nut sweetner. This is all entirely up to the person on how they they like their coffee. It's much cheaper to make your own at home, especially now that popular coffee compaines now sell thier grounded coffee for personal use. Defenitley saves time than waiting the long line for coffee!
